Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange only if:
- The product received is damaged or defective, or
- You have received the wrong product
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests
⚠️ Important: Exchange requests will not be accepted without an unboxing video.
Exchange Period
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product
- Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for exchange
Exchange Process
- Contact us with your order ID and reason for exchange
- Share the unboxing video and product images
- Once approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement (subject to availability)
If the requested item is unavailable, an alternative solution may be provided.
