Exchange Policy

At HerBagHouse, we want you to enjoy a smooth shopping experience. Please review our exchange policy below before initiating a request.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange only if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective, or
  • You have received the wrong product

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests

⚠️ Important: Exchange requests will not be accepted without an unboxing video.

Exchange Period

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for exchange

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us with your order ID and reason for exchange
  2. Share the unboxing video and product images
  3. Once approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement (subject to availability)

If the requested item is unavailable, an alternative solution may be provided.
